A little help.

Questions about the canvas, your player, or your data? Contact Sergey Epifanov, Illustrarium’s developer.

Help us find the problem

Include “Illustrarium” in your subject, what happened, your app version, device model, and iOS version. A screenshot can help, but remove personal information first. Never send your recovery code, Apple password, payment-card details, or verification codes.

Where can I get the app?

The iOS app is in development. There is currently no verified public App Store release or open TestFlight invitation. This site will link to the app when a public download is available.

Keep or recover your player

Shared play uses a guest player, without an email signup. In About the canvas, create and securely save a recovery code before changing devices. Anyone with that code can access your player. Support cannot retrieve a lost code. Don’t uninstall the app while investigating a player-access issue.

Purchases

Paid colors are permanent color unlocks; paint packs are consumable. To restore colors, use the app’s Restore purchases control with the Apple Account used to buy them. Consumed paint packs are not granted again. Keep your player recovery code to preserve access across devices. Apple handles checkout and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Report the canvas

Select the affected pixel, open About the canvas, and choose a report reason. Hiding an owner changes your view on that device; it does not remove their marks for everyone. You can also email the coordinates and a description. See the community guidelines. Reports are reviewed by the developer; immediate or round-the-clock review is not guaranteed.

Delete your player or make a privacy request

Email the address above for access, correction, or deletion requests relating to the current beta. Explain what you need without sharing a recovery code; we may need to establish that the data belongs to you.

A new app version is being prepared with a “Delete player and data” action in About the canvas and on the restricted age screen. The backend and rollback history are enabled; the new app flow still needs release and end-to-end service/device acceptance. It will remove player data and roll visible pixels back to the previous valid placement, or to empty when no valid predecessor exists. It does not refund spent paint or delete Apple’s purchase records.

Read the Privacy Policy for the data inventory, retention, and processor details.
